BayFit CrossTrain was cooked up by the mad scientists at BMMA&F to incorporate all elements of fitness for an overall goal of success. BAB BayFit combines the muscle building elements of weight training/Olympic lifting with high cardio plyometric. These classes are different everyday but provided a more extensive full body tone while still isolating individual muscle groups. Classes are fun, fast paced, and very informative. Learn while you burn is our motto for a well-balanced fitness program. The more you know the better results you’re going to achieve.
The class is 1 hour long and starts with an intense warm up, workout of the day, and a cool down period were while you body’s cooling down we finish you off with abs and oblique’s.
