BAB Fight Team classes include Instructional Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts. Classes are between 1 and 1 ½ hours long and consist of warm-ups, learning techniques and sparring to practice the techniques you’re learning against an opponent. We do make competition available but it is not a requirement. Fight team classes are great for anyone looking to train martial arts for fun and fitness and also for the serious athlete. We pride ourselves on offering high level instructors and training while still persevering a welcoming atmosphere and remaining beginner friendly. Classes are broken up into beginners and advance but everyone will also train together to help increase technical advancement.
Although these classes are full contact injuries are still very uncommon and safety is emphasized.
