OUR CLASSES

Kettle Bell Conditioning

CrossTrain Kettle Bell conditioning classes is a strength training class using Russian style kettle bells. Classes are 1 hour long and are great for muscle toning and increasing overall strength. Kettle Bell conditioning is a great combination to our BayFit boxing and kick boxing program. Boxing and Kick boxing classes are great for weight loss and kettle bell class is great for strength, power and coordination.
